Zip you are the man!!!! (SMC feedback)
First of all thank you Zip for hooking me up with the SMC.
Ladies and gentlemen let me say this THE SMC WORKS GOOOOOOD!!!
Instructions are very freindly even if you are a professional dumbass you can still understand them clearly.
Easy *** install, easy *** tuning what more can you want? I installed my DSM 450's along with the power resistors then removed my FMU and check valve.
I then went on to the SMC that actually took way less time than the injector install. Cranked her up and it ran EXCELLENT, it idled so damn good i was pleased. Took her out and puched it....the transition is so smooth and believe it or not this thing actually reduced the lag that the FMU had, hence making power the minute I punched it. It was running a little lean in the high end so a little turn of the "6K and up" screw fixed that right up, the rest of the dials were pretty close as is. One final pass and the car flies now, it pulls aggressively up to redline!
I was very sceptical about the 450's since I had such a shitty experience with FCU and 310's and I am only running a SOHC but compared to the GReddy blue box + 310's and the FMU setup + 240's (I have had both on this setup), The SMC blows them out of the water by far. I shall sit her on a Dyno maybe tomorow to dial my A/F curve in properly with a little more boost, I'm only boosting 8psi currently. I am happy to report at this time that my car RUNS LIKE STOCK in terms of fuel management, no sputtering, no shitty idle, no hesitation, no CEL, no nothing. Thank you SMC!!!

now, i am not sure if it's been asked before or not.. this question just came up to my mind..
many people here runs that greddy crapy blue box...can this SMC replace this thing with stock injectors ??

Hey I need to come up there sometime soon to strap her down but I'm trying to get some of my other lazy *** freinds to come with me. We are gonna have to take a whole day off to do this maybe even a track day I'll let you know when. Pm me and tell me how much people you need to make it a group affair.
